At 28TWELVE.GH, every piece is thoughtfully designed and handmade in Ghana by local artisans. Because each order is made especially for you and personalised with your chosen hometown and coordinates, we ask that you read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Made Just for You

Every 28TWELVE.GH product is made to order and personalised specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect sizing selected at checkout
Incorrect or spelling of hometown names provided by the customer
Personalised items once production has begun

Please take a moment to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

We take great pride in the quality of every piece we create. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

As every item is handmade to order, once production has started we are unfortunately unable to cancel or amend your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

International Production & Delivery

To stay true to our eco-conscious, zero-waste approach, international custom orders are opened in limited 21-day order windows.

Once the order window closes, every piece is:

Cut, sewn and printed by hand in Ghana
Carefully quality checked
Shipped together in one bulk delivery to our UK fulfilment partner
Sent directly to your delivery address

This production model helps us reduce waste, minimise shipping emissions and keep every stage of production proudly rooted in Ghana.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

If this happens, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed as lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll work closely with our delivery partners to investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
