Can I choose any hometown?
Absolutely.
Whether it’s a village, town or city in Ghana, Africa or the Caribbean, we’ll personalise your order with the coordinates of the place that’s meaningful to you.
If there are multiple places with the same name, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct location before production begins.
How do you find my coordinates?
Once you place your order, we carefully source the GPS coordinates for your chosen hometown and incorporate them into your personalised design.
You don’t need to know the coordinates, we’ll take care of that for you.
How long does my order take?
Every piece is made to order.
To support our eco-conscious, zero-waste production model, international orders are collected during a 21-day order window before being crafted in Ghana and shipped in one bulk delivery to our UK fulfilment partner for final delivery.
We’ll keep you updated by email throughout the process.
Where are your products made?
Every 28TWELVE.GH piece is designed and handmade or hand-finished in Ghana using locally sourced materials wherever possible.
We proudly collaborate with local tailors, printers and artisans to create meaningful products that celebrate home while supporting local craftsmanship.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
We currently ship to selected international destinations including the UK, USA and the Netherlands, with more countries being added over time.

Are shipping costs included in the price?
Yes.
The price you see on our website already includes international shipping, so there are no additional delivery charges at checkout for eligible destinations.
Our international orders are produced in small batches in Ghana before being shipped together to our UK fulfilment partner for final delivery. This allows us to keep our production sustainable while offering straightforward, all-inclusive pricing.
